My Imagink app on Windows computer crashes at launch or is glitchy

Sometimes, Imagink app on your computer couldn't start, or has a glitchy interface especially on the drawing area.

This trouble could be fixed by upgrading your graphic card drivers on your desktop computers. Here is the process to do it:

1. Go to the "Device Manager" menu to know what's you graphic card :
- On windows 7 : open Device Manager by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager.
- On Windows 8 and 10 : just type Device Manager in the search bar


2. According to this details, go to the website of your graphic card manufacturer to update your drivers by installing the updater tool :
- Nvidia
- Intel
- AMD


3. Launch the tool to update your graphics drivers.

Then you can try to open Imagink and it should be ok. You can also verify on windows that Imagink is launched with the good graphic card by right clicking on the shortcut icon of the app : choose "run with accelerated graphics".
